In order to prepare the project, please place an order for the selected service and send materials and guidelines that can be attached in the comments section during the ordering process or sent by e-mail to the address shown in the header of the page. If the high weight of the files makes it impossible to send e-mails, you can use any external file transfer system (for example wetransfer). If an order for the target product has not been placed yet, please also provide information on which system the order concerns.

Details:

• Please try to send logos in vector formats - such as: ".eps", ".svg", ".ai", ".pdf" or as a last resort ".cdr";
• The ".pdf" format may or may not contain vector elements, so check the file before submitting it;
• For some products, despite the lack of a vector logo, you can use a high-resolution raster logo;
• The sent photos and other additional materials should have a resolution adequate to the format of the ordered product - after their delivery, they will be checked for quality and in case of problems you will be informed about the need to use other graphics;
• If you have examples of similar products that we are to follow, please also send them - sketches and any other additional information that will help us understand the customer's expectations are also welcome.

The waiting time for sending the first preview of the project for customer approval is usually 1-2 business days from the delivery of all necessary materials and payment of the project costs. For some products, especially in periods of increased workload in the graphic department, this period may be slightly longer.
