Complaints and returns procedure.

The first step should be to send us a message to office@retio.eu

Goods should be carefully packed and must be in a good hygienic condition. You must add proof of purchase (a legible photocopy) to the package and a printed complaint form.

Remember that you send the advertised product at your expense and risk. Therefore, choose a proven way to deliver a parcel, e.g. a courier or send a parcel with proof of posting. In the event of a justified complaint - damaged goods will be repaired or exchanged for another (similar), and if this is not possible (e.g. due to lack of stocks) - we will refund you the equivalent price of the product. We do not receive any shipments sent at our expense or on delivery. Information on how to process the complaint will be provided to you within 14 days from the moment the package reaches our store. All information about the implementation of the complaint is transmitted to the customer on an ongoing basis.
