The buyer selects the delivery method after adding the goods to the cart, before finally placing the order.

We begin processing the order immediately after confirming it.

When will the ordered goods reach the recipient?

The processing time for each order depends on several factors.

For the shipment to reach the recipient, we need time to prepare it for shipment (picking and packing), as well as the time required for the courier company to deliver it.

We make every effort to ensure that packages leave our warehouse within 24 hours of payment being credited to our account.

However, unusual situations occur that cause delays in express delivery.
In each such case, the customer is immediately notified by email or phone.

Parcels within the European Union are delivered by courier within 3-7 business days.

Within the European Union, the shipping cost is EUR 70 gross. The courier companies we work with are DHL, DPD, UPS, and FedEx.
