In an effort to ensure your satisfaction, we prepare designs with no limit on the number of revisions, which guarantees satisfaction with the final result.

To prepare the design, please place an order for the selected service and send the materials and instructions, which can be attached in the notes section during the ordering process or sent by email to the address provided in the page header. If the large file size prevents sending by email, any external file transfer system (e.g., WeTransfer) can be used. If an order for the target product has not yet been placed, please also send information about which system the order relates to.

Notes:

• Please send logos in vector formats such as: ".eps", ".svg", ".ai", ".pdf" or, in extreme cases, ".cdr";
• The ".pdf" format may or may not contain vector elements, so it is advisable to check the file before sending;
• For some products, it is possible to use a high-resolution raster graphic logo even without a vector logo;
• Sent photographs and other supplementary materials should have a resolution corresponding to the format of the ordered product – upon receipt, they will be checked for quality and you will be informed if other graphics need to be used;
• If you have examples of similar products to guide us, please send them – sketches and any other information that will help us understand the client’s expectations are also welcome.

The waiting time to send the first draft of the design for client approval usually takes 1-2 working days from the delivery of all necessary materials and payment of design costs. For some products, especially during periods of increased workload in the graphic department, this time may be slightly extended.
