To ensure your satisfaction, we prepare designs with unlimited corrections, which guarantees you will be happy with the final result.

To prepare the design, we ask you to place an order for the selected service and send the materials and guidelines, which can be attached in the comments section during the ordering process or sent by email to the address visible in the page header. If the large file size prevents sending by email, you can use any external file transfer system (e.g., WeTransfer). If the final product order has not yet been placed, please also send information about the system to which the order refers.

Notes:

• Please try to send logos in vector formats such as: ".eps", ".svg", ".ai", ".pdf" or, as a last resort, ".cdr";
• The ".pdf" format may or may not consist of vector elements, so it is advisable to check the file before sending it;
• In some products, even if a vector logo is not available, a high-resolution raster logo can be used;
• Photos sent and other additional materials must have a resolution appropriate to the format of the requested product; after delivery, they will be checked for quality and, in case of issues, you will be informed about the need to use other graphics;
• If you have examples of similar products that we should take as a reference, please also send them; sketches and additional information that facilitate understanding the customer's expectations are also appreciated.

The waiting time to send the first design preview for customer approval is usually 1 to 2 business days from the delivery of all necessary materials and payment of design costs. In some products, especially during periods of high demand in the graphic department, this period may be slightly extended.
