The masks are made of very durable microfiber fiber, which unlike cotton does not hinder breathing and allows normal and free functioning - just as if the mask were not there.

No adhesives or other chemicals were used in production, therefore the protective mask is very friendly to all skin types and does not cause irritation or allergies.

The microfiber material holds the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX ® certification, which is proof of the high quality and safety of the product sold. The certification issued by the Textile Institute is a leading global safety mark, granted only to products free of harmful substances in concentrations dangerous to health.

Only products that have successfully passed rigorous human-ecological tests are authorized to use the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX® mark.

The microfiber mask is reusable and does not require the use of a non-woven fabric filter. It can be washed even at 95 degrees and can be ironed, which helps keep the mask always clean and fresh.

We recommend purchasing multiple masks to alternate them when others need washing. This way, it will always be possible to wear a fresh and sterile protective mask.

Advantages of microfiber compared to cotton

The mask made of microfiber is better than the cotton one mainly because it is much more durable, can be washed at higher temperatures without risk of damage or loss of material properties, dries faster, and above all because it is easier to breathe through.

Thanks to the possibility of washing it even at 95 degrees without risk of damage, you can be sure that all bacteria and viruses have been effectively eliminated and the mask is again sterile. Additionally, the microfiber mask can be successfully ironed, further enhancing the sterilization effect after washing. If the mask is not very dirty, it can also be lightly refreshed by ironing. Moreover, microfiber does not allow particles larger than 0.1 microns to pass through, meaning it effectively retains viruses and bacteria without the need for an additional filter or multiple layers – a single layer is sufficient.

Microfiber is a quick-drying material and allows more air to pass through than cotton, so breathing is easier; for this reason, the microfiber mask not only does not hinder breathing but is also more hygienic, as its inner surface does not accumulate much moisture from exhaled air, thus preventing the growth of harmful bacteria.
