To prepare the project, please place an order for the chosen service and send the materials along with the guidelines, which you can attach in the remarks section during the ordering process or send by email to the address visible in the page header. If the large file size prevents sending by email, you can use any external file transfer system (e.g., WeTransfer). If the final product order has not yet been placed, please also send information regarding the system to which the order relates.

Notes:

• Please send logos preferably in vector formats - such as: ".eps", ".svg", ".ai", ".pdf" or as a last resort ".cdr";
• The ".pdf" format may, but does not necessarily have to, consist of vector elements, so it is advisable to check the file before sending;
• For some products, even without a vector logo, it is possible to use a high-resolution raster logo;
• Photos sent as well as other additional materials must have a resolution appropriate to the format of the ordered product - after receipt, they will be qualitatively checked and in case of problems, you will be informed of the need to use other graphics;
• If you have examples of similar products on which we should base our work, please also send them - sketches and any other additional information facilitating understanding of the client's expectations are also welcome.

The waiting time for sending the first project preview for client approval is usually 1 to 2 business days from the receipt of all necessary materials and payment of design fees. For some products, especially during periods of high workload in the graphic department, this time may be slightly extended.
